Dubai Swim Week® Announces Official Launch, Set for October 22–24, 2027
New Dubai-based platform will create a dedicated global stage for swimwear, resort wear, designers, buyers, media and luxury hospitality.
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — September 1, 2026 — Dubai Swim Week® today announced its official launch and confirmed that its 2027 edition will take place October 22–24, 2027 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Created as a dedicated fashion platform for swimwear and resort wear, Dubai Swim Week® will bring designers, buyers, retailers, media, hospitality partners, industry professionals and invited audiences together around a focused program of runway presentations, collection discovery, editorial access and destination-led experiences.
The platform is being developed around the distinct commercial and cultural position of swim and resort fashion. Rather than treating the category as a seasonal extension of a broader fashion calendar, Dubai Swim Week® is designed to give swimwear and resort wear a dedicated international context for presentation, discovery, media visibility and industry connection.
A dedicated platform for swim and resort
Dubai Swim Week® will focus on the full ecosystem surrounding the category: designers and collections, runway and presentation formats, buyer and retail engagement, media and content production, hospitality, beauty, travel and selected private experiences. The objective is to create a clear platform where creative presentation and commercial relevance operate together.
Designer participation will be curated with an emphasis on collection identity, quality, production readiness and relevance to an international swim and resort audience. Buyer, media and partner access will be structured separately so that each group can engage with the program in a focused way.
Dubai as the destination
Dubai provides a natural setting for the platform through its global connectivity, luxury hospitality sector, waterfront culture, retail environment and international audience. The city will serve as the context for both the fashion program and the wider experience around the collections.
The 2027 edition is planned as a three-day program running from Friday, October 22 through Sunday, October 24. Detailed schedules, participating designers, venue information, ticketing and accreditation windows will be announced through official Dubai Swim Week® channels as they are confirmed.

2027 program development
